China and Russia ‘set to disclose alien contact after sightings recorded’, expert claims

EXCLUSIVE: There is an ‘ET arms race’ going on behind the scenes, with three countries racing to be first to disclose contact with an extraterrestrial civilisation, claims Professor Simon Holland

Russia and China are “ready” to reveal that humans are in contact with an extraterrestrial civilisation, a major UFO researcher has sensationally claimed.

Earlier this year, Ukrainian drones destroyed a giant 230-foot radio telescope that Ukrainian leaders believed was being used to transmit targeting information for the Russian military. But, in fact, says Professor Simon Holland, the RT-70 radio telescope was being used for a far stranger purpose – communicating with an extraterrestrial civilisation.

The radio telescope in Crimea was connected to GLONASS, Russia’s GPS network, and on August 31, it was destroyed by Ukrainian drones. Before its destruction, the telescope was undeniably used as part of several initiatives intended to contact alien life. However most of the messages transmitted from Crimea are limited by the speed of light, and will not yet have reached their destinations.

One radio message was beamed towards an apparently Earth-like planet orbiting the star Gliese 58, just under 21 light-years from Earth. It’s expected to be the first to arrive at its destination. If anyone is there to listen, the transmission will be received in 2029.

But, Simon told us, some messages have been sent using a revolutionary new quantum-tunnelling technology that breaks that universal speed limit. And, he claims, before the destruction of the telescope, researchers had already received a reply.

Simon explains: “At the beginning of the 21st century, a German physics researcher at the University of Koblenz, called Günter Nimitz, proved that you could, do quantum tunnelling with a signal.”

Simon adds: “The interesting thing about quantum tunnelling is that when you inject the signal into an object which could be a metre or it could be a 1,000,000 miles away, it comes out the other end at the same time it goes in. There is no transit. So it’s faster than the speed of light. It’s instantaneous.”

He says that he’s in contact with an insider on the program. Declining to reveal his source’s name, he said: “It’s somebody I know who’s originally British. He’s been head of a large European radio telescope organisation. He now is out in the Far East and has contact, obviously, with Russia. He’s part of this METI [sending messages to extraterrestrial intelligence] team.”

While the RT-70 radio telescope is now out of commission, Russia is, Simon’s source claims, still exchanging messages with this mysterious alien world. The Russians have shared the quantum messaging technology with China, and the two teams are planning a shock revelation calculated to “embarrass” the United States government.

“There is an ET arms race,” he says. As yet, the inside source has not disclosed when Russia and China plans to publish this earthshaking knowledge: “I asked him, and he said they’ll use the information to embarrass Trump or whoever. But there’s no set date.”

As yet, he adds, while the researchers have received a message, they have not yet translated it.

Simon adds that he’s fairly sure all of the major world governments have been given this information: “Britain knows, France knows, the rest of the world knows.

“America knows, and they’re holding it back due to Congress asking silly questions, and mainly due to defence contractors, not wanting to reveal what they’re actually using from observations of UAP characteristics. So everybody actually knows.”

He says that an official MOD dating back to 1999 contained confirmation that UAPs are a genuine phenomenon: “They’ve written a NATO protocol for airmen and women on how to avoid them. And they’re not a threat to national security because they don’t know what they are.”

But, he says, the US and UK governments are refusing to publish what they know about the experiments: “They’re actually holding back what you might call disclosure. I prefer to call it confirmation. But they’re not really just going there.”

“Obviously,” Simon says, “Russia and China have made contact in some way or know also that it’s real. They’ve had lots of sightings recorded and, possibly, this radio telescope system has confirmed it.

“But it’s a political decision as to when Russia and China announced. Another interesting part of the story,” Simon adds, “is that the Vatican has briefed bishops throughout the world.”

Leading churchmen have been handed a prepared statement for their flock, which Simon has seen. It reads: “We are not alone, when this becomes public, bishops, tell your congregation, God makes all creatures in the universe. That’s our position.”

He concludes that it’s only a matter of time before the truth is revealed: “Everybody knows the fact. It’s not being disclosed. So when are they going to do it? I don’t know.”
