The troubled son of an adult actress with a dark past has been accused of burning his cat to death using a microwave. Brett Anthony Bellera, 25, and his partner Jennifer Armenti, 36, have been charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.

The moggy, named Reaper, was found to have died from “involuntary heat exposure” after either being cooked in a microwave, submerged in hot water or hot vapor, according to a forensic exam carried out by an animal charity.

Bellera is the son of infamous Amy Fisher, who became known as ‘Long Island Lolita’ after shooting her lover’s wife in the face at the age of just 17. The authorities were notified of the cat’s death by a friend of the couple on December 15, 2024, according to their arrest affidavits.

After a lengthy investigation, Amenti was arrested on Wednesday.
