The rap icon was pronounced dead after a drive-by shooting 22 years ago, but many refuse to believe he was actually killed.
Michael Nice has been adding fuel to that fire over the last few weeks, as Daily Star Online helps him voice his story to the world.
The Brit previously claimed he was part of a security team that helped smuggle the Hit Em Up rapper out of Las Vegas and safely to Barbados.
But Michael claims Tupac’s journey then continued to Cuba, where he recently sent him a photo.
“I have audio and video evidence of Fidel Castro confirming he sanctioned Tupac to live in Cuba”

And the self-proclaimed whistleblower has now suggested it is all thanks to the former Prime Minister and President of Cuba.
“I have audio and video evidence of Fidel Castro confirming he sanctioned Tupac to live in Cuba,” Michael revealed.
“And he sanctioned the double body switch that I was involved in.
“There were terms and conditions on the agreement, regarding his behaviour and there was a strict confidentiality agreement.
“And there are others willing to come forward to confirm this is true.”

ALIVE? Fidel Castro apparently helped Tupac escape

Fidel Castro was a Cuban communist revolutionary and politician who governed the Republic of Cuba as Prime Minister from 1959 to 1976 and then as President from 1976 to 2008.
Cuban state television announced that Castro had died aged 90 on the night of 25 November 2016.
The cause of death was not disclosed, but his brother, President Raul Castro, confirmed the news.
But Michael claims the former leader was hiding plenty of secrets, which were under threat during an apparently planned military coup.
He says the Cuban authorities tapped Castro’s phones and home, which is how rumour began regarding Tupac still being alive.

And now Michael thinks it is only fair the public knows the truth, so he uploaded the video to his YouTube channel yesterday.
It has now racked up 10,000 hits, with many quick to voice their opinions.
“Wow, that’s a tremendous story if true,” one claimed.
Another added: “Tupac is alive.”
And a third suggested: “Someone needs to get a search team over to Cuba.”

According to Michael, he and his brother spent the late 1990s working as security for the far-left political party The Black Panthers – a movement Tupac’s parents Adeni Shakur and Billy Garland were involved in.
He details that the group had information that a hit had been put out for Tupac’s death and Michael’s job was to evacuate him from the US.
On September 7, 1996, Michael revealed he received confirmation that his client had been shot during an ambush and his life was in serious jeopardy.
Days later, he says he was tasked with extracting the rapper out of the country before someone finished the job off.

He is said to have flown with the rapper to Barbados before his brother smuggled him into Cuba.
But according to official reports, Tupac died on September 13 after suffering internal bleeding from the gunshot wounds.
And it is not the first conspiracy theory to emerge.
Back in February, the rap legend was rumoured to be hiding in Somalia.
