BIZARRE footage has emerged that shows what appears to be a human-like creature stalking a moose on the outskirts of some woodland in Canada, leaving locals terrified.
The video, captured by Audree Frechette, in Quebec’s Gaspé Valley, was accidentally shot while she attempted to record an animal on the roadside.
But when Audree looked back at the footage she noticed something appearing to lurk in the background.
A closer look reveals a strange figure, almost human-like in appearance.
It moves closer to the moose, before backing off again and lingering in the shrubbery behind.

It was uploaded to Audree’s YouTube channel, where it has already racked up hundreds of hits.
And viewers were quick to share their opinions on exactly what they were looking at.
“Looks like Gollum,” one comment read.
Another referenced the Lord of the Rings character’s most famous saying, simply writing: “My precious.”
Others were baffled, with a third adding: “No idea but it has creeped me out.”
But a fourth went further still, saying: “Wow! That looks like the Rake type creature stalking that moose. It must be pretty tall too.”
