Punk star Yungblud has revealed he has a secret collaboration with a huge rock icon locked away in his musical vault

Yungblud recorded a collaboration with Lenny Kravitz after a “mad night out”. The punk star has revealed he and the iconic musician immediately hit it off after hanging out after the MTV VMAs. So Lenny flew Yungblud to his home in Bahamas where they worked on music together – Which is now being stored in a vault until Lenny gives it him the green light to release it.

Yunblud, real name Dominic Harrison, said: “Me and Lenny had a mad night here… Lenny was like really up there like classic 1010rockstar for me, like Mick Jagger, Lenny Kravitz, Freddie Mercury, Michael Hutchence – Like rock and roll frontmen that you aspire to be like when you’re a baby.

“And what’s been such a crazy year really for me, I got to meet a lot of my heroes and and and and knowing him on a personal level. He is so kind and so thoughtful and so beautiful and an incredible musician. We’ve actually made music together. I went down to the Bahamas for a little while and we made some music together that is sitting and waiting to arrive if we want it too.

“But Lenny is amazing, any kind of city I am in he will call me and give me a recommendation of his favourite restaurant or whatever, he’s the man.”

Yungblud was given the honour of performing at his idol Ozzy Osbourne’s farewell concert Back to the Beginning in July just weeks before the Black Sabbath icon passed away. Since then Yungblud’s rubbed shoulders with many more of his heroes including Aerosmith – Who he topped the charts with on their collaborative EP One More Time.

However, there’s one collaboration that will never see the light of day – Aitch. That’s because he says the music he created with the I’m A Celebrity star is no good.

“I love Aitch, but never coming out. I think we had more fun as mates then how good the song is and I think we are cool enough to say that.

“Great musician, epic rapper, funniest f***ing guy I’ve ever met but got in the studio and it didn’t work out!

“Maybe we will do something again in the future.”
