Laura Anderson has set tongues wagging after posting glam pictures from a luxury hotel break just weeks after her reported split from footballer Clark Robertson

Laura Anderson has sparked fresh chatter online after sharing glamorous snaps from a lavish hotel, with fans branding her look a “revenge body” moment following her split from footballer Clark Robertson.

In new snaps, the former Love Island star wears a high-neck white bodycon top with an oversized white blazer draped over her shoulders, teamed with high-waisted olive-green satin shorts, neutral pointed heels and her honey-blonde hair in loose waves.

The posts have drawn attention not only because of their timing, but also as Anderson has seemingly been insisting she has every right to celebrate her figure as a single mum and move on. Moreover, many continued to speculate she aimed a subtle jab at her footballer ex.

The former Islander slipped into her tiniest shorts as she splashed out on a stay at Scotland’s luxury Gleneagles resort. She captioned the post: “@thegleneagleshotel is always a good idea.”

And with her break-up from Dundee player only weeks old, some fans took it as a pointed “look what you’re missing” message. The couple ended their relationship last month after 18 months together, the Sun reported.

Not long after, Laura shared another post with a list of self-help mantras she said she was embracing following the split. As a result, some followers interpreted it as a thinly veiled swipe at her ex.

Mentions of keeping a “small circle” and the “Let Them theory” were taken as hints about cutting ties, while “always trust your intuition” suggested she may have ignored warning signs, as per the Sun. Other lines such as “being mean isn’t cool” and “energy doesn’t lie” were also viewed by some as a comment on past behaviour.

Anderson and Robertson reportedly ended their 18-month relationship last, following weeks of speculation. Anderson later reportedly confirmed the split, saying: “Trust and respect have been lost”.

While early reports suggested the pair had parted on amicable terms, Anderson’s subsequent social media activity hinted at a more contentious fallout. She shared a string of posts that followers interpreted as references to cheating and betrayal, including quotes about “clowns”, fuelling widespread speculation about infidelity despite no specific allegation being made.

Earlier this month, Anderson also spoke openly about the emotional impact of the break-up, admitting she was struggling as she adjusted to life as a single mother.

The couple went public with their relationship in late 2024 and moved in together in May 2025.

Anderson has previously discussed the realities of their blended family set-up, with both bringing children from previous relationships into the household.
