Whats even more concerning are the 57 officers that resigned to protect their own. What law do they actually serve then to protect? Is it one for them and one for everybody else, do as I say but not as I do.

Buffalo PD officially lied said that the 75 year old white man tripped & fell. If we didn’t have video there would have been no accountability. Why? Because one “bad apple” pushed him down but 20 “good apples” would have let him get away with it. It’s systemic.

This is my grandfather. What nobody is talking about is the fact that he is deaf and has been since birth. I'm working out of town and haven't gotten to see him since this all happened. My mother keeps me up to date on his prognosis (it's her father and my grandfather). He has a fractured skull and was placed in a medically induced coma. It also broke his hip when he fell. He also has bleeding on the brain but she said it is controllable. My grandfather fought in 2 wars and was also a purple heart recipient. My mother said NOBODY from the police force have reached out to our family to apologize. It's so sad because he fought for our country and he,like all soldiers, fought for our freedom and for our rights for freedom of speech. And he was peacefully giving his opinion to the cops and was nearly killed for doing so. What he fought for is what almost got him killed by these asshole's who think they can play God just because they stand behind a badge. Well they are nothing but pussies in my opinion. 40 cops fell threatened by ONE 75 year old deaf man. Smh I will keep you all updated.

These resignations symbolize the mentality of a larger section of the police than most people would like to believe: many of them joined the police department BECAUSE they were Fascists and racists to the core. Black neighborhoods in this country ARE foreign and colonized territory: they don't have the wages, the education, the housing, the healthcare, the freedom of movement without fear that the rest of the country has. America is FINALLY STARTING to look itself and its history of genocide and slavery in the face! PLEASE DON'T STOP!

I want more info on the officer behind the two; was he their leader? he was the one that commanded them to push and to continue walking forward. If he was in charge he needs to be held just as accountable. If the flaws in the leadership aren't addressed then this shit is just gonna keep happening.
