My opinion about the Marlon Brando thing… if he really had an issue with the way Native Amercans were being portrayed in movies at the time, instead of handling it that way, why not try to do something about it like make movies about Native American life, past and present, and incorporating real Native Americans in the movie(s), actors, key grips, even a director position, so such portrayals have an honest and real chance? I mean, here's an actor making money off the very industry he's criticizing, he could've done so much more in response besides this very odd and awkward Oscar unacceptance.
