CNN needs to not spread false informantion like here 4:30 – 4:35.
Just because only 2-10% of reports are proven false does mean the rest are true, most sexual assault reports are not able to be proven true or false.
So no most accusation are not true and even if it wear true and false reports were only 1% of all cases each cases should be judge individually with the accused being afforded sufficient protection.
Lastly Jess Davidson is biased and one sided when she says these plans makes it easier for people to get away with sexual assault this is about making sure it’s harder for innocents to be unjustly punshied -
Innocent before proven guilty? Yeah another good idea is instead of having colleges act as courts (the problem at hand) why not have the police and judicial system sort out the crime. Rape is pretty serious let’s not turn to dumb ass college administrators but turn to the people that actually arrest and prosecute rapists.
