there are six races left. even if vettel finishes p1 in all Six and Hamilton finishes p2, then vettel will win the championship by two points. it is very unlikely but it can be done. 40 points is a huge gap but it is not impossible to make a comeback. come on Seb you're the man.

It's like 2017 all over again, Ferrari starts off well and then something awry happens, opening the door for Mercedes to capitalize. But, the last thing I would like to see Vettel do is literally give up the championship chances to Hamilton. If there's one thing I remember, retired F1 commentator Murray Walker said it well, "Anything can happen in Formula One," and they have. Six races to go, let us see what happens on the asphalt!

No doubt, Seb has to screw his head on right. And Ferrari has to get their head out of the sand. But I still believe the Merc is still the best ride – like no other car in decades.

Ferrari need to replace Vettel with Alonso/Max/Ricciardo. F1 is losing. Vettel's mental frailties in Ferrari pressure are too obvious. Ferrari can end up with the best car and no championships in the hybrid era if they are not ruthless. Their PC approach (like Merc) should not be their downfall. It sucks, but Arrivabene is not ruthless. Ferrari bosses need to be more proactive. With the new Concorde Agreement, Ferrari wont get special treatment anymore. It is LITERALLY now or never. Get out the knives!!
