Seriously, knock it off with "wind chill" temperatures. Give the REAL temperature and the wind speed. I have no idea how cold it actually was because you're too busy making claims that it was -46C, which it was not. I'd gladly make a bet that you couldn't freeze mercury in that weather, even though mercury should freeze by -39C. This is why the REAL temperature actually matters; wind only affects how quickly heat is exchanged, not how cold things can get.
