I doubt Barca and Real are such a big threat. Real Madrid are probably making a move for Mbappe and Barca are most likely going for Neymar. Both of those signings will be around 200m so I can't see them spending another 100m on Sancho. They might make a bid but it won't be anything more then 70.

Real would appeal as a Mbappe alternative and replacement for Ronaldo but can only afford one. Barça would be able to pull it off by offering two or three players but player swaps are complicated. CL football is not a real factor but a concerted effort by Chelsea, Liverpool or Juventus (not linked yet) would be proper competition for his signature but United are still in pole position; hope he comes to United.
