The thing is, he does not have integrity to begin with. And, to top it off, he does not have the guts to fire someone to their face. Look at what happened when he fired James Comey, the firing happened while he was on a plane. Comey found out he was fired when he was in the air. That shows 45's cowardice, he talked about building a wall and getting Mexico to pay for it, when he was on the same stage with the Mexican President, IN MEXICO, he was too coward to say it at that time. When he returned to the U.S. he went back to the "I'm going to build a wall, it's going to be a great wall, and Mexico is going to pay for it." Just recently, he was on stage with Vladimir Putin and basically threw U.S. intelligence agencies under the bus saying Russia did not meddle in the 2016 elections, but when he was away from the summit he said Russia DID meddle in the 2016 elections. He never insults people to their face, it's always on Twitter hiding behind his thumbs!
