If the nba wants to finish the season in Puerto rico they are more than welcome. PR is a usa territory so players don’t need a entering process we have stadiums prepared for basketball games the. Pandemic situation here is not as bad as other countries and abc can transmit the playoffs they have a channel here

There is still a possibility of playoff but I doubt about the rest of the regular season. I can still envision the season starting in mid summer with the best of 3-5 format. I do believed that the regular season is over and the seeding right now is the final seedlings for the playoff. It would still make sense to start playoff in September and push back the regular season.
