Magic is failed president even when he coach the Lakers. It doesn't mean that if you are superstar in basketball you could be a good president basketball operations for Lakers. First, in order for Lebron to be successful he needs shooters behind him. The teammates he got are no help for Lebron, Rondo, Beasley, Ball, Stephenson, Chandler, Pope. Also, Lebron should not separate himself from his younger teammates he should be the person should encourage them to play as a team. It doesn't matter if they dont have superstar players. They dont even have a legit centre. This is a disfunctional organization from coach, GM to players.
