Society has to come to terms that there aren't any laws or policies that will prevent these shootings outside of things that would be unconstitutional. Even then, we have more guns than people in this country so even something as extreme like an outright ban would mean only criminals would be left with guns. We have a diseased culture full of angry, misinformed and mislead citizens. No laws, policy, thoughts or prayers will fix that.
