Wenger reveals Sanchez wage

The Chilean was rumoured to be on a mega wage but the Arsenal boss has revealed it is even more than the reported sum.

The Gunners boss also admitted at the event that he would have sold Sanchez to Manchester City in the summer in hindsight.

And one of Real Madrid’s most promising young players has reportedly said he would like to be involved in the deal so that he can move to Chelsea.
That player is Marco Asensio, who has found game time limited at the Bernabeu.

De Gea to Real Madrid
05.45: Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea has reportedly told his international team-mates that he is heading to Real Madrid.
Real apparently want De Gea, or Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois, to take over the reins, according to Sky Sports journalist Guillem Balague.
“I don’t think a new [Man Utd] contract is in the equation just yet,” Balague said when speaking about De Gea.
“It’s definite that Real Madrid have got De Gea or Thibaut Courtois as a target for next season.
“I think Courtois is easier. De Gea actually told team-mates in the national side that he was going to Real Madrid, as you’ve seen in the last couple of years, it’s not as easy as that.
“Courtois would also be happy to go to Madrid, and Real have it in their mind to go for one or the other.”
