Pasadena Humane
According to KTLA, over 100 animals arrived at Pasadena Humane by January 8, alone. While shelter workers initially called for donations of “critical supplies” including “food, water bowls, extra-large crates, and blankets,” they are officially “fully stocked.” However, they are still in need of monetary donations.
“We are so moved by the outpouring of support we’ve seen from people dropping off donations and supplies,” they wrote on January 10. “At this time, we can no longer accept any additional items until further notice. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we are fully stocked and and unable to store additional items without impairing our operations.”
Pet owners in need can pick up items at their donation distribution site at Pasadena City College on January 11 from 9 am to 8 pm PST. They are located at Pasadena City College, Lot 4, Level 1.

Project Hope
This global health and humanitarian organization has been coordinating with government officials and local organizations in Los Angeles to “support local shelters, health workers, and marginalized communities” amid the ongoing crisis.

The Salvation Army delivers food, water, and emergency supplies during an emergency while also working to help rebuild after disaster strikes.
Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles
SPCALA’s disaster animal response team (DART) works to “provide temporary shelter for animals and front-line veterinary care.”
United Way of Greater Los Angeles
United Way has launched the Wildfire Response Fund to “address urgent, ongoing needs, which include support for low-income individuals whose livelihood has been disrupted, people experiencing homelessness and those who provide services to support them, and disruptions to community organizations and small businesses.”
Wags & Walks
This non-profit rescue is evacuating dogs in LA shelters, providing pet supplies to evacuees, and match pups with foster and forever homes—and they need your help. To donate supplies, you can find more information here or check out their Amazon wish list.
World Central Kitchen
World Central Kitchen’s relief team is hard at work, providing “nourishing meals” and water to first responders, evacuees, and others impacted by the wildfires.
