I wonder how many realize this is only the 3rd LCM competition in which Kos swam 200 back. The two previous meets were; Apr 12-15 TYR Westmont; Jun 2-5 Sun Devil Open; And was the first time he swam in a final with Murph!

The rest of the world is catching up and evening out performing the Americans in many sports. We were once the leaders in just about every discipline but not now. We need to get back to the American drawing boards.
