They include those who violated arrest warrants and preferred to neglect contacting the courts as if they were untouchable. Andrew Coumo wants illigal immigrants untouchable by laws set in place by Americas forefathers to protect American citizens who reside responsibly. -

My daughter graduated from Syracuse Corcoran high School with a Cornell scholarship. She moved to New York City because that's where her opportunities are. LEADERSHIP MATTERS!!!!
As an executive coach (yes not just for pro athletes) I have seen all styles of leadership in crisis over years of coaching.
The one characteristic that time and time again leads a company out of crisis mode is team leadership.
What does this mean? Don’t look for someone to blame which only distracts from solutions. Take responsibility and bring your executives together and have everyone contribute. The best idea might not be your idea. Leaders without true confidence have to have it their way and then blame someone else if it doesn’t go well.
I have several executives leading with calm strength and their companies are finding new opportunities in these challenging times. Everyone feels like part of the solution. Everyone feels empowered instead of disempowered. Differences are heard without fear. Ultimately the leader has to make a decision but when ego gets out of the way a better decision is always made.
When a leader is always attacking this is a recipe for failure and a true sign of weakness. Trust is built on your actions more than your words. Be an inspiring leader and the strength of your team will shine.
