Barry is a leader! And when you have a passion and are a great leader, sometimes you say shit. I Respect him for his passion and his leadership. I think he is also a great guy. The pit lane is full of guys like him, just the media generally pic and choose what they want to show the average punter.
Great series, and i hope other teams jump on board also. -

Barry's heart is in the right place, I think he needs to work on how he expresses his anger and frustration and he'd be seen as a better boss.

there is pressure to perform and be in form for sponsorship
and wins don't just jump into your pocket as you waddle past…
I imagine the reflection on this series by the team will make them even stronger
They are already great in my eyes, though I know there is better to come yet.

The inside line series was great to watch, Erebus looks like an awesome team with heaps of passion and I would work for them for sure. Barry and Betty are the perfect bosses in my eyes.

A fantastic example of a growing and important team…..all players are the right fit for this unit. No other team has that "you are ( the fan) a part of us" feel…l get it's a professional sport and have been a follower for 40 years!!!!
