He's the leading goalscorer of all time!

Shearer and Henry without a doubt, player-wise ofc. Shearer top goalscorer despite playing for Newcastle who weren't one of the top teams; imagine how many more goals he would have had at Man U or any of the top 4 clubs. Henry for his sheer relentless goalscoring and talent as well as unique grace about him that can't be replicated, like Zidane.

If Henry will miss out of this contest then it would be a biased selection.
Remember Henry is the only overseas star to browse and graze in the EPL besides leading a team that won the title unbeaten for 49 games!..a league record!!!!! -

Not yet, but as a city fan, I think eventually, Sergio and Vinny have to get into that hall of fame. Also I think commentators deserve it, because moments such as "AGUEROOOOOO" wouldn't be half as memorable for people who don't support city without that piece of commentary.

I think the first 2 candidates should ideally be players who played atleast 90% of their career in the prem. Won a title and ideally is British. Although, I only think that should be for the first two and it does pain me a little because Gerrard is my GOAT.
