Sir Keir Starmer earns his living as an EU lawyer and is very clear about the law. What he is not clear about are the lies which so coherently flow from his mouth.
He knows the Scottish court is subservient to the UK court, what is legal in Scotland may not be legal across the UK and vice versa.
Today's ruling in the UK court sets presidence for all minor courts, that the court does not hold jurisdiction over Parliament and the Crown in this matter. -

The cardboard lady on the right is pretty creepy. Parliament is so partisanly tempered at the moment, a small break would be feasible. This is not a great time for that though. The leaders have to think about a little more than a trade deal during the exit. Drama sells.
