Hi Jeopardy James lovers… so what do you guy think went wrong during that show? Since we've been watching James play for a while, can we break down his flaws and his assets? What did you see that you would have liked to have changed about his play? Did James seem to be running of of energy during the later shows. Answering less questions? Was he too helpful to his opponents? Something seemed to be crowding his attention during the show and he wasn't giving his all. Anyway… let's discuss this if you guys want. Can't imagine why USA Today has to charge $3 for an issue of their newspapers that are like 10 pages consisting mostly of ads, including the shady "sponsored articles" that look like real articles. (The kind you see on shady website…only this is a major media company.) But after seeing this while clicking on something that seemed like it was actually going to show me the loss moment, I know why.

To me the name always sounded funny, so I just checked Google Translate. In German, "holz hauer" literally means "wood tusk". A wood tusk is a fake, just like a wooden nickel is. This doesn't seem right. His bettings usual are above 7k, here he just bet at measly above 1k and the women 20k.
You don't bet that little if you want to win. He even spelled the entire name so it can't be because he's afraid.
I think they told him to fold giving how he wasn't answering the questions like he usually do or he wanted to lose.

I'm not sure I buy this…..First, at the beginning of the show, Alex said, "enough is enough" as he glanced at James. He didn't ring in for so many of the questions. What kind of bet is $1,300? Not even enough to match her if she doesn't bet anything. He gets beat on the show where he could have broke the 2.5 million record….hmmmm??? I am so disappointed.
