For 15 years working as a pilot he never invested in a house nor businesses. This is selecting pleasures without a plan that's the problem. Where I work people would rather buy a car first before a house or businesses all due to impressing women. The most important business decision a man would ever make is when they decide to get married and who to do that with. I'm sure his second wife had something to do with it since everything went down hill for him after the marriage.
