Too many regulations. Wait until 2021. That could be the "death" year of F1. I want the V8 14k reving, screaming engines back. Turbos suck! They belong on semi's.

To recognize people are key resources and need some help and bring psychologists in, is probably the best thing you can do. It gives you all you need to be successful, best talents, best professionals in every area, best engineers, drivers, sponsors, mechanicals, partners etc.

Riccairdo is a very talented driver but after all the failures of his Red Bull he got understandably frustrated. Would like to see him in a good ride. ,but this next year, well I don' t think so!!

Just bring 2.0v6 with kers.. there is already a formula e no need for another one right? I want the sound from my childhood back.
I know it's not green but I doubt 20cars driving 22 races a year will kill the earth. As long as auto makers go full battery like many do nowadays, then the attraction f1 can be loud and a bit dirty again , right? -

Formula E could really use Romain Grosjean. Steiner squandered a great opportunity to get a great driver during the recent musical chairs of drivers. Although I am not a big fan of KMags driving style, he almost single handedly dragged Haas into 5th place. I expect Force India to come out strong and be in a great position to fight Renault and Haas for fourth in the constructors. The fight between Toro Rosso and Sauber should be epic, as well. The rest need to perform aerodynamic miracles to advance. 2018 F1 Fantasy League Score = 2,564 points.

With Formula E now kicking into high gear it's time F1 goes from trying to be road relevant to just being about the sport. You have so many teams wanting to form but no one wants to join if they have to develop a V6 engine. Since its Irelevant to those companies.
You put F1 back to V10 or V12 maybe keeping some of hybrid features you would get Cosworth back as an engine supplier.
You would easily get Porche here but most of all Lamborghini would finally come into the sport since all they do are V10 and V12 engines for the most part.

1:45 "…humans are your key resource"… wise words and precisely what I had been saying many times as the reasons why McLaren and Williams have fallen.
McLaren and Williams have forgotten people and their talent are the reason for their success, when people are made to walk or enough people walk out (either made to or allowed to) then the skills and capabilities of the company walk out also.
Soon the top will crumble and rebuilding will take a very long time. That is why placing importance on "people" and keeping them happy with both pay and working conditions is key to keeping the company's current winning ways/ capabilities and allows the company to develop further.

As long as the Stroll consortium owns the F1 team, Lance can race til he is 40 or 50 yrs old. Consider only one seat vacant if available.

My overall review:
– I hope Ferrari finds the right clicks to give Mercedes a huge challenge next year
– Health is important for anyone, but Grosjean did the right thing to find psychological help after that 2012 debacle
– Ricciardo is gutsy to move to another team, but his reasons are understandable. I know Renault is still not at the top of their game, but they are improving so let's see them challenge the top field soon
– And finally, Alonso's qualifying sweep against Vandoorne is understandable and impressive, but Stoffel needed a bit more time. I hope Stoffel enjoys Formula E and that Alonso finds great success in other fields -

Having the power unit manufacturers share information is almost getting to the point of a spec engine, which kind of throws out the original F1 premise of separate chassis and power unit manufactures and bring F1 closer to the spec IndyCar series. I just made myself sick!
