How to Save FC Barcelona For Dummies(aka Valverde and the Barca Board)
1. Sack Valverde ASAP
2. Sign a superstar/big name in January that's either a striker or a CB
3. Play Dembele more
4. Don't make your first sub at the 83rd minute(that still makes me laugh)
5. If you really need to, play your best lineup possible, even against Real Betis, Sociedad, etc.(since they're pains in the butt to Barca
6. Don't play Suarez in games that aren't important
7. Bring Messi on as a sub more often
8. Let Messi rest for the Copa America so that next season(if he does well or wins the Copa America) his morale will be very high and he'll play well
9. Sign Dybala, Mbappe, Hazard(despite Real Madrid links), a good backup GK so Ter Stegen has to fight for his spot
10. Just sign a Suarez replacement(Dybala would be my personal favorite)
11. If La Liga goes wrong and it's out of reach, don't keep fighting for that, focus on the UCL
12. (The most obvious one) DON'T RELY SOLEY ON MESSI!!!

With respect to Barcelona, their weakest link is suarez, he is now lazy, slow and clueless. He isn't helping to supplement Messi, it's all Messi alone at the front, first thing they have to do is to get a fast and goal scoring striker to work with Messi. Suarez is Barcelona weakest link making their attack ineffective.

I don't think the coach should go, he has not totally utilized the players effectively in certain matches and have consistently played it safe. Also it could be the change of style of play, more possession driven play over their conventional counter attacking play with pace and flirt. He needs to find a balance and work on that attacking flirt that's missing.
