I watched this game and thought what happened was a fluke. Rockets hit 45% from three as a squad. It's like having five Klays.

To make matters worse, Lakers tried to out shoot a shooting team instead of smashing the rim like they're used to.

Also, LeBron tried to break his 19 assists record. If he went for 30 pts instead, this smallball thing wouldn't have worked.

Still, gotta admire D'Antoni for risking something like this. He figured out they don't stand a chance in the paint, so might as well double down on perimeter and threes.

Dwight should of played the same minutes as Kuzma. Kuzma was getting abused by Westbrook. Kuzma got exposed as a soft guy. No toughness on that defense. Stop caring about your fashion, haircuts, and hair colors. You're from Flint. Bring that toughness to the game on both side of the court.

Deantonio was is and always will be a stupid coach with farmer image than substance, another typical opportunist getting opportunities that others don't get to coach like Mark Jackson or Avery Johnson . his play methodology is stupid it's not sustainable by the time the end of the season comes all the jump Shooters going to be worn out if they have an off-night those threes will not beat the twos because you're not going to be making them in droves and he should have no contract and should have been out of the league a long time ago a waste of a suit and a waste of a coaching position and non ballplayers will defend him and people who have no basketball Scruples will defend him because they have no basketball sense at all either. he doesn't have any of the three vital things that you need to be a great coach either intelligence or won't or intimidation like Chuck Daly he's got none of it not even one of them. He should pay the team to allow him to coach let alone get a contract. if I gave him any credit at all to show you that I have a balanced viewpoint there is a possibility he would have won a championship if Phoenix players had not come off the bench against San Antonio but they did come off which is reflection of his bad leadership again good riddance if he does not get a contract
