As a professional footballer , the very first thing you need to have is self respect and respect from the fans. Whatever he has achieved at Real will be tarnished if he continues like this for another year. As a sportsperson your objective should be to prove yourself on the field . If opportunities are not available with Real , then go for other clubs . I feel there will be a loan agreement with another club with Real paying 50percent of the salary
