The doctor, what one has to understand law practice is one discipline where you engage in law text. While now we are operating in another scientific field, that we law practitioners are not educated in. This means that we invite a forensic medicine expert. According to his opinion is that he cannot determine how these injuries have come about. Potentially they have occurred due to cuts due to glass, then whether these [cuts] have occurred due being cut by glass or if someone has brought glass with them on a foot or something and stomped with the glass, or if the glass has been lying on the ground – that he cannot determine. But also, as I have previously proposed his statement can only be taken as far as to say that this is one of the many potential alternatives, there can be other alternatives as well. And what we proved with our example were that one has wandered through glass. It looks like Rakim might have stepped on glass and that sole of the foot is apparently on this arm that is injuried. I don’t know how this injury has occurred, but I can see this explanation as one of the alternatives. And by that, there is definitely not a description of the events that occurred that is in agreement with the story the plaintiff claimed today.
